Information for Presenters

Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest

  The Japanese Society of Pediatric Endocrinology requests all presenting authors to disclose the past three years any conflicts of interest (COI), pertaining to the presentation.
All presenters are requested to disclose any conflicts of interest in the presentation slides or in posters. The templates posted below can be used for your convenience.

Instructions for Oral Presentations

  1) Time to presentation
Each presentation should be completed within 6 minutes for presentation and 4 minutes for questions and answers.
  2) How to presentation
You can choose between the following two presentation methods.
  A. Give a live presentation on zoom
  B. Supplying a recorded presentation
Considering the time difference, you could also supply a recorded presentation instead of giving it live.
If you give a recorded presentation, you are required to send the data to the meeting secretariat by 22nd, October.
Please make the video in 6 minutes. This is to consider the time to ask questions, and fairness with other presenters.
If you supply a recorded presentation, the audience can send in their questions and the answers can be supplied at a later time.
  3) Video on demand
・All programs except co-sponsored seminars will be delivered on demand.
・If you cannot allow on-demand , please contact the meeting secretariat.
  4) Submission of presentation data in advance
If you supply a recorded presentation instead of giving it live, required to send the data to the meeting secretariat by 22nd, October.
If you give a live presentation on zoom, you don’t need to presentation data in advance.
  5) Size of the slides
Standard or widescreen, etc. are all fine.
