Greetings
 I am pleased to serve as the chairman of the 54th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Pediatric Endocrinology, which will be held in 2021. We are working diligently to prepare for it. The schedule is October 28th (Thursday) -30th (Saturday), 2021 and we are aiming to hold it locally at the Sapporo Convention Center.Currently, we are working with the teachers of the program committee and planning and management committee. The theme of this academic meeting is "Learn Pediatric Endocrinology-Step-by-Step". In order to further broaden the base of medical care in the field of pediatric endocrinology and raise the bar even higher, we will do our utmost to aim for an academic meeting where all the members can learn a lot. As a feature of the Society, we are planning a number of programs that all academic meeting participants can learn, regardless of age, amount of pediatric endocrinology experience, region, or subject of interest. In academics, not all knowledge is accumulated at once, and it is necessary to take steady steps step by step every day. We hope that this society will help you. Unexpectedly, COVID 19 is out-breaking and it's hard to look ahead. However, there is no dawning night. Together with everyone, I would like to make it an academic meeting that aims to overcome difficulties with Step-by–Step and make a leap forward for new days. We look forward to participation from many countries. |
